Growing up in the vast culture of Rajasthan Nilesh and me were always captivated by the beauty and richness of our traditions. The colorful attires the delectable cuisines and most importantly. The strength of the women who were the backbone of this culture, deeply influenced us.

We both are from hardcore distribution and retail sales during our time spend in varios telcos. We used to love visiting the outlets in urban and rural marketplace. SO we know how hard from rural area to bring up something to the world what they are creating.

During this footwork we identified this missing link where people are struggling to bring their creation to the world. Just because of the exposure most the product or creations died in their infant stage.

However we also saw the other side. the struggles especially faced by these women in rural areas. where financial independence seemed like a far-fetched dream.

Driven by a desire to make a meaningful change. we decided to create a platform that can empower these women. We recognized that the key to this empowerment lay in the traditional skills that these women inherently possessed. 

Moreover skills steeped in tradition and passed down through generations. Thus Womenia Laghu Gruh Udyog was born in our mind. Not merely as a business venture but as a symbol of hope and small change in their lives.

Our journey began with a small group of women from nearby villages. These women who had spent most of their lives confined within their homes. Initially approached the idea with hesitation. But our belief in their potential and capabilities soon kindled a newfound confidence in them. They started with what they knew best making papads, Mangoris along with Namkeen and bhujias. Each of them is a reflection of their heritage and skill.

As these women worked together their laughter and conversations filled the space. Creating an environment of camaraderie and sisterhood. The papads they rolled and the bhujias they fried were not just products. they were embodiments of trust, empowerment and pride.

We introduced various programs like how they can improve their product quality and improving shelf life. by educating them not only in the art of food production but also in the intricacies of business management. 

These women once confined to the boundaries of their villages. Were now proud business owners their names synonymous with quality, resilience and determination.
